BGPartner recertified as a Great Place to Work®
BGPartner is the first and so far only law firm in Switzerland to be certified as a Great Place to Work®. In January 2026, the independent research and consulting institute Great Place to Work® confirmed the certification for the second time in a row – based on an anonymous survey of all employees.
The results of the Great Place to Work® survey show a consistently positive development in all five areas assessed: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and team spirit. All scores are well above the benchmark for comparable Swiss companies and even exceed the Best Workplaces™ Switzerland benchmark in the category «Companies with 20–49 employees».
Already in 2025, BGPartner was recognised as one of the Best Workplaces™ Switzerland in the category «Companies with 20–49 employees». We are confident that we will once again be among the Best Workplaces™ this year.
This success is no coincidence: at BGPartner, personal mentoring from day one, flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes, dynamic teamwork and flexible working models are at the heart of everything we do. Open communication across all levels and a culture of direct feedback characterise everyday life – as do shared experiences such as the skiing weekend in Zermatt or the jazz brunch on the Gurten.
In 2025, SonntagsZeitung reported on our initial certification.
