Bader Gnehm & Partner advised a Swiss exporter of disaster control equipment in the negotiation and conclusion of a complex, multi-staged sale and purchase transaction involving letter of credits, performance guarantees and several international parties, including inter alia a Swiss bank and a Chinese purchaser.
