BGPartner welcomes Alain P. Röthlisberger as a new partner

On behalf of our partners and the whole team, we are delighted to announce that our Of Counsel Alain P. Röthlisberger will become a partner, effective 1 January 2023.
Alain joined BGPartner in 2021, with a focus on corporate and commercial law, including M&A and regulatory. He is also heading BGPartner's Middle East Desk and in charge of our financial intermediary services. Alain has a proven record of more than 25 years of experience as Attorney-at-law, Corporate and General Counsel. Most recently, he had been Almarai Company's Group General Counsel. His experience covers legal advice and transactions in Switzerland, Europe, North Africa, Middle East, Asia (incl. China) and the US.
