BGPartner advises OrbiMed, Novo Holdings, Blue Owl Capital and Omega Funds on Windward Bio’s USD 165 million Series B financing

Windward Bio Group AG, a private clinical-stage biotechnology company, has successfully closed a USD 165 million Series B financing round. Windward Bio is committed to improving outcomes for people living with serious immunological diseases.

BGPartner acted as Swiss counsel to OrbiMed (lead investor), Novo Holdings, Blue Owl Capital and Omega Funds, advising on all Swiss law aspects of the Series B financing and assisting with the related negotiations.
