Bader Gnehm & Partner advises the Fintech company Swiss Fintech AG regarding a Series B financing round over CHF 22 mio.
The Swiss Fintech Company Swiss Fintech AG, operator of the leading money- and capital market platform Loanboox (www.loanboox.com), successfully completed a Series B financing round worth CHF 22 million (20 Mio. EUR). Loanboox is currently valued at CHF 122 million (110 mio. EUR). The fintech company currently has 40 employees in Switzerland, Germany, France and Austria. Public sector entities, banks, large corporations and institutional investors are clients of Loanboox.
