After more than 30 years as simple partnership, Bader Gnehm & Partner will be operating as a stock corporation as of June 1st, 2020.
The five founding partners Michael Bader, Oliver Gnehm, Elena Mégevand, Stefan Kunz and Olivier Bula are the new shareholders. Kathrin Straub will remain with Bader Gnehm & Partner Ltd as Of Counsel..
For the law firm, this is a further step in its modernisation. It will strengthen the cooperation across locations between the attorneys in Berne and Zurich and will place even greater emphasis on efficiency in our services.
